Itinerary
You will be picked up directly from your hotel in the early morning between 1:00 and 2:30 a.m. Depending on the option booked, you will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan or a fully air-conditioned van – always accompanied by our usual excellent service. To fuel you for the day ahead, you will receive a selection of snacks, a Coke, and three bottles of water in the morning. During the drive through the desert, you will experience the impressive mountain ranges around 6:00 a.m., whose formations are reminiscent of the Alps. The various rock layers of these mountains tell of millions of years of Earth's history and offer a breathtaking view at sunrise. Upon arrival in Cairo, your adventure begins with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the most modern and important museums in the world. Here, you will delve deep into the fascinating history of Egypt. You will marvel at priceless treasures from the pharaonic dynasties, including well-preserved statues, ancient documents, and, of course, the world-famous gold mask of Tutankhamun. After a short break, a delicious lunch awaits you at a local restaurant overlooking the majestic Pyramids of Giza (drinks not included).
