Your private tour to Luxor begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Hurghada. Our first stop is the impressive Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt. With pre-purchased tickets to avoid long lines, you’ll explore this sprawling open-air museum with your expert guide. Your guide will explain the fascinating history and significance of Karnak.
Afterwards, we will visit the famous Luxor Temple, a sacred site built during the New Kingdom by Amenhotep III and Ramses II. The Luxor Temple was the center of the great Opet Festival and was dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Learn more about the ancient rituals performed in this temple as you wander through its majestic halls.

Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in the early morning between 4:00 and 5:30 a.m. and, depending on the option booked, will travel in a small group in an air-conditioned and comfortable van. Of course, we offer our usual excellent service! To fuel you for the day, we will treat you to a selection of snacks, a Coke, and three bottles of water in the morning. During the 160-kilometer drive through the eastern desert, you will experience impressive mountain ranges reminiscent of the Alps around 7:00 a.m. Along the way, we will make a short break in a Bedouin village where you can get a drink and use the restroom. At the end of the desert stretch, the green Nile Valley will appear, and you will continue for another 60 kilometers on the highway to Luxor. Around 10:00 a.m., you will arrive in Luxor and begin your visit with the imposing Karnak Temple complex, the largest temple complex in the world. Known for its impressive hypostyle hall and the picturesque Sacred Lake, this site offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian architecture and history. Afterward, you'll travel to a welcoming Egyptian restaurant for lunch. Alternatively, you can take a relaxing ride on a traditional boat along the Nile to enjoy the beauty of the landscape from a different perspective. After lunch, the tour continues to the famous tombs of the New Kingdom pharaohs. In the Valley of the Kings, you'll have the opportunity to discover the final resting place of the golden pharaoh Tutankhamun and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of ancient Egyptian rulers. Your next stop is the impressive terraced temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most important rulers in Egyptian history. The unique architecture of this temple will leave you in awe. The final stop is the majestic Colossi of Memnon, the colossal statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. These imposing monuments tell stories from a bygone era and invite you to immerse yourself in the history of Egypt. At the end of the day, you'll return to your hotel with a wealth of breathtaking impressions. However we choose to spend the day together, you're sure to create unforgettable memories!
